I hate it when people use Roman Numerals in the titles of messages and documents posted on computers, because if you want to retain copies, your PC won't list them in the correct order.

When humans are used to handling numbers to the base of 10, I cannot see any point at all in using Binary, Hex, Octal, or even "e" for that matter, unless the purpose is to confuse non-mathematicians.
