About trading songs on the messageboard.

Because it's illegal to trade copyright protected songs, ALL posts requesting recordins of songs that can still be brought on CD (Even if it's only 2nd hand, like e-bay), well be deleted.
I'm not going to browse through private messages on the board, but I'd request that such trades are NOT arranged trhough PM's either (If I happen to find out it is anyway, the PM feature WILL be disabled.)
I'm not running this board to have a court order requesting that it's shutdown because it's used to trade songs of established artists, so PLEASE stop it ASAP.
For now I'll say that videos of live performances, that's not likely to be released, are OK as no one is likely to get hurt by it.
But anything that's available on tape, video, DVD, CD or otherwise available commercially, is NOT to be traded on this board.
Thank you very much.

So you deleted my reply to an existing thread asking if someone could send me something, yet you leave the the
full version of "Last Christmas"
thread? Odd. But anyway, yeah, I understand.

I think that is fair enough, everyone on here should own Nikki's music if they call themselves a real fan. However some cds and songs are particularly hard to get hold of (especially Last Christmas) as it was only released for a limited time in 2002. Nikki is probably not losing money on this one as it was for charity anyway and it's rarely on ebay either.

Chano is perfectly right and if we want the board to stay it's only fair that we do the right thing regarding copyright etc.
If you don't understand what Chano's on about check out the recent court ruling in Sydney with regards to Kazza.None off us would want to see Chano or anyone else in that position.

Well, that's probably because I've not taken more time to remove everything.. But that doesn't mean that I'll accept it in the future.
