Hehe,
Maybe James will have to change his "signature" text now ?
(That's assuming this extra space will be applied to all areas).

Chano will not change the charactor limit James, so you still might have that signature up for quite a while. He considers a big charactor limit is too anoying Which i do consider quite fair, but i don't mind. Matt

Hope there's extra space for long posts. I miss the novels that young Grummy used to post

Hope there's extra space for long posts. I miss the novels that young Grummy used to post I don't think making large posts has been a problem...I think Grummy's just getting a bit slack these days

Hehe, I'm listening to you ! I am in the middle of researching and writing three different TV Programme scripts at present, so "mini-novels" for the messageboard will have to wait until I have a bit more time ...... or until some "major event" happens that NEEDS an urgent response. I am sure it won't be that long before I can "fill a few pages" for your entertainment and I do like the idea of not having to post larger messages in several "smaller parts" anymore, just because the MB couldn't handle documents over a certain size. just because the MB couldn't handle documents over a certain size. That's not a limit I've ever been aware of. So it's either a browser limit, or a forum limit that's not possible to change easily.

textarea's used to have a 32k limit... not sure if that is still the case though. Hmm.. I've noticed that kind of problems in IE.. But never using Mozilla/Mozilla Firefox. Also I know that many servers do not allow more than 2 megs in post requests sent to PHP scripts (However, you need to type a hell of a lot of text to reach that limit )
